We will update you when we have begun your order. Once your order is ready for shipment or pickup, you will receive a notification email with the tracking information or pickup instructions. How are the cookies packaged for both pick-up and delivery orders from SBCC?

Every cookie comes individually wrapped in heat-sealed packaging. For pick-up customers, the cookies will be placed in a bakery box. For delivery customers, the cookies are individually wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent breakage. Additionally, each order includes a cookie care card to ensure the cookies stay fresh and delicious.
