We will update you when we have begun your order. Once your order is ready for shipment or pickup, you will receive a notification email with the tracking information or pickup instructions. You can easily submit your custom design or logo by emailing us your pictures at sugarbellecookieco@aol.com using the JPEG format. Simply attach the file to your email, and our team will review it to ensure that we can create the perfect personalized cookie for your order. Every cookie comes individually wrapped in heat-sealed packaging. For pick-up customers, the cookies will be placed in a bakery box. For delivery customers, the cookies are individually wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent breakage. Additionally, each order includes a cookie care card to ensure the cookies stay fresh and delicious.
